While based in Uzbekistan, we are capable of rendering assistance in any of the other countries in the region. Our directors have extensive experience in Central Asia and have managed substantial amounts of capital in a wide range of businesses for over a quarter of a century. SCA maintains close collaborative relationships with law firms and financial advisory organizations in such countries as Brazil, where SCA is capable of providing a full range of investment and trade related services. We take pride in the fact that we are businessmen with long standing professional credentials.

Sogdiana’s objective is to help clients do business successfully. We are capable of developing a flexible mix of strategies for a particular situation, as well as recommending ways to hedge or ameliorate specific risks. Our range of services starts with the initial step of assessing a potential opportunity, and ends with the successful realization of a full program. As financial specialists we can help structure, arrange and implement our client's needs. We maintain strong contacts with international banks and other multilateral institutions interested in developing interesting new opportunities in Central Asia.

As investors in our own right, we are experienced in starting or restructuring businesses. We are also versed in how to divest or exit from undesirable situations.

Our working arrangements are flexible and reasonably priced. Fees are tailored according to the scope, tenure and complexity of our client's task or needs.

In addition to our directors, we are backed by a team of local professionals with proven experience in working with foreign investors. Our network and capabilities extend beyond Central Asia, and we are capable of providing professional services in Eastern and Central Europe as well as throughout the CIS.

As businessmen we cannot ensure that your business will succeed, but we can make sure that you receive the best practical and professional advice.
